Return Policy

At Midorys Craft, we strive to provide the best quality and satisfaction in our products. However, we understand that sometimes there may be a need to return a product.

Return period

You can return any product purchased at Midorys Craft within 3 days of delivery by mail. The return period starts from the date of delivery recorded by the mail service.

Return Conditions

In order to return a product, it must meet the following conditions:

- The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.

- Must include all original accessories and tags.

- It must be in its original packaging.

Return Process

To start the return process, follow these steps:

1. Please email us at ninosshopicloud@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Wait for our confirmation and instructions to proceed with the return.

3. Send the product back to our address (this information will be provided to you at the time of return) within 3 days of confirmation.

Refund

Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will refund the full amount of the order using the same original payment method.
